The Proposition

TeleWare Mobile Compliance (TMC) enables financial organisations to record mobile communications and audit text messages in order to adhere to the regulations imposed by the FSA. TMC is the only fully compliant service that enables organisations to record voice calls and SMS messages without the complexity and risks associated with third party mobile software.

Delivery / Upgrade

All applications are scalable and TMC can integrate to PBX or call recording hardware or be provided as a hosted service on a pay-as-you-go basis.

How It Works

Users simply replace the SIM card in their business mobile phones with a TeleWare SIM card and you are ready to go. All calls and texts to and from your mobiles are routed and recorded within the network or, optionally, delivered to your infrastructure via an IP interconnect to record locally on your own equipment.

Calls made to or from any mobile fitted with a TeleWare SIM are automatically routed via the TeleWare platform, and either routed to your onsite call recording equipment or captured by our call recording hardware and then delivered to the destination number.
